We are enhancing the many great parks and reserves and making it safer to enjoy the coastal strip by bike, or on foot. It’s a fast-growing community, so we are also building infrastructure that facilitates the growth while taking care of those who already call Pāpāmoa home.

There is a lot to love about Pāpāmoa and its natural environment. We are focused on caring for these aspects and also providing the amenities residents need to make the most of the neighbourhood for years to come.
