The people of Tauranga will soon have the chance to have their say on one of the most significant projects many will see constructed in the city during their lifetime.

An exciting new chapter for Tauranga Library is on the horizon, with relocation plans underway that involve closing for a month before opening at a temporary location.

The transformation of the city centre continues, with Tauranga City Council’s Customer Service Centre now open to the community at He Puna Manawa, 21 Devonport Road.

Tauranga City Council and Willis Bond have finalised lease arrangements for a new Council administration building to be constructed at 90 Devonport Road.
