A summer of fun is on the way for everyone visiting Pacific Park in Mount Maunganui, with a new playground and park improvements expected to be ready for play in December.
Mount Maunganui residents and the wider community will see the Marine Parade coastal pathway begin to take shape in the coming months.

Bus users will find their Tauranga city centre bus stops just up the road on Durham and Wharf Streets from today, Monday 13 June.
Hard hats and hoardings will soon become a familiar sight at Tauranga City Council’s Willow Street location, with the demolition of its old civic building set to commence next month.
