Bir Psg Limited, a dult incorporated company/club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 5 Golden Sands Drive, Papamoa and known as Henry and Ted.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 9:00am to 12:00am midnight
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
