Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract for which the services comprise developing a "hybrid" transport modelling system consisting of a tactical level mesoscopic Western Bay of Plenty wide model and to develop three operational level microsimulation pockets spanning the core peninsula area.
An integral part of this project is to closely couple the hybrid model with the existing strategic macro Tauranga Transport Strategic Model.
