Te Aroha Hotel 2016 Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 109 The Strand, Tauranga and known as Rusty's Bar and Restaurant.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a tavern
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold / under the licence are:
Monday - Sunday 8.00am till 2.00am the following day
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).
